Seasonal Laborer City of Hagerstown – Water Division $15.00 to $20.00/HR DOQ Water Division – Distribution and Billing Candidate should possess hands-on knowledge relating to residential, commercial, and industrial maintenance of equipment associated with customer account maintenance and billing as well as the distribution of potable water. Candidate should possess practical background in water industry enabling them to work directly with customers to resolve billing disputes, address service issues, work on main tapping and new service installations (residential and commercial), etc. Preference will be given to candidates with previous background in potable water distribution or a related position.
