Windsor Federal Savings seeks a--sales oriented, experienced banking professional to fill a--full time and/or part time position as a Personal Banker within the Windsor, Bloomfield and Granby areas. The role of a Personal Banker is to establish and maintain a satisfied customer base by providing superior banking services in a professional manner, through both platform and counter-based transactions. While performing in this position, the employee may be required to travel from branch to branch and work a flexible schedule. A Personal Banker is responsible for expanding and increasing customer relationships through selling and/or referring techniques and by conducting a thorough assessment of customer financial needs, in order to recommend products and services. The successful applicant will have well-developed people skills, a professional demeanor and strong banking product knowledge and sales skills.
