PT Consumer Services Representative (Teller) - (Des Moines, IA)

Provide superior and quality customer service; provide customers efficient and accurate transaction processing; identify relevant referral opportunities and cross-sell bank products. CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Order, receive, verify and distribute cash Balance cash drawer often throughout the day and keep within established cash limit Scan and process daily transactions using Branch Capture Process customer transactions and requests including, but not limited to: accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing cashier's checks, redeeming savings bonds, allowing safe deposit access, responding to basic inquiries Assist in issue solving for customers and direct to proper person or department Identify relevant referral opportunities and cross-sell bank products and services Adhere to Teller Force Balancing policy Open/close branch and vaults according to security procedures Assist teammates in allocating and coordinating workflow
