Job DescriptionThis full time position is responsible for the nursing office, supervisors, and Behavioral Health nursing staff. Will work with the Hospital Administrator on developing and directing MPTF Behavioral Health (in-patient and out-patient services). The Director of Nursing provides leadership and oversight to the nursing office and nursing supervisors; as well as plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates patient care and unit activities to deliver high-quality patient care and meet all accreditation and licensurerequirements. Qualifications:--- BSN, Master's degree in Psychiatric Nursing preferred--- Licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in the State of California--- Min 7yrs of background in health care, preferably in psychiatric services for adults, with increasing management responsibility--- BLS, MAB
