IT / Software / Systems: Software Quality Manager/ Orlando - (Orlando, FL)

Responsible for the strategic leadership and performance of several key areas of responsibility within the Systems and Software Quality Engineering discipline, including Systems/Software Quality Engineering business process management, data analytics, continuous improvement, and hiring, employee development, training and knowledge continuity. The applicant should be a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Systems/Software Quality Engineering and an adviser for the Quality team. The applicant must stay current with industry standards, solutions and leverage technology into MFC. The applicant will be responsible for driving strategies resulting in contemporary and optimal business methods and practices for strengthening the Software Quality Management System and talent development. Develop and implement processes to optimize practices in driving out risks.
