Job DescriptionChatham School House is currently looking for a Director to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The perfect candidate must have background with children six weeks to six years old and has leadership skills to promote the growth of our organization.Responsibilities: Provide a quality of help to customers that exceed expectations. Profitable management of operations that is coherent and consistent with mission, vision, ethics, and strategy. Produce an internal culture that is coherent and consistent with the objectives of the company. Develop parental rapport by producing offers of help that triggers assessments of superior trustworthiness –sincerity, competence, and reliability by fulfilling on the commitments made by the school.
