Outpatient Practice that is set in a collaborative care model in direct proximity with primary care physicians. This organization believes that the delivery of behavioral health in conjunction with primary care in a patient centered medical home model is the future delivery model for behavioral health. This is a full-time position with 4.5 scheduled patient days and .5 administrative day per week schedule, Monday-Friday. Daytime inpatient coverage is handled by a psychiatric hospitalist and the ED call is predominantly managed by a crisis nurse practitioner. Robust referral network will allow you to establish a busy practice quickly! Very competitive comp plan in the 75th percentile salary plus RVU bonus; up to $245,000 forgivable loan to be used for relocation, student loans, and/or home purchase; three weeks paid time off, CME stipend, 401K with 4% match, and excellent insurance coverage.
