Job DescriptionWe are a staffing agency that has partnered with a Dating / Matchmaking Company. They are looking for an Inside Sales Rep/Dating Specialist near Baltimore in Forest Hill, MD, and we are here to help determine if you might be a fit for this position, and if so, hopefully schedule you to interview with them. The following are info regarding the position. Please read them thoroughly.· Our client has been in business for over 25yrs.· This is an Inside Sales position (outbound calling).· Membership sales. Profiling and selecting matches.· Base salary plus commission.· Base pay is $24.03 per hour once the 1st sale is achieved. Annualized $50K per year.· Average 1st year income: $60,000 - $80,000. Base + commission.· Paid training at $12/hr, Full salary after you complete training (min. one week).· Warm and hot leads are provided. No cold calling.· Scripts are provided, but you need to add your own flare and pizzazz.· Direct hire position. Full-time, Monday - Friday in office.
