Job DescriptionPrimary responsibilities for the development, establishment, documentation and execution of the automation strategy for the manufacturing operation, including integration with the injection molding equipment and independent assembly qualifications. Also, responsible for developing strategy, plan and schedule for executing error proofing and inspection systems to support 0-PPM requirement by our Customers. In addition, responsible for normal productivity improvement of a variety of Engineering assignments with focus on automation and assembly systems, including ensuring that the required maintenance mechanics, Process Engineers and technicians are trained to maintain and sustain all automation and assembly fixture / equipment qualifications. This individual works under minimal supervision, performing independent evaluation and applies standard engineering techniques and procedures.
