Job DescriptionPosition Summary: The Asset Manager maintains ongoing relationships with sponsors and works closely with internal management for the successful acquisition, management, and disposition of fund assets.Min Experience required: Bachelor degree 1-two years of background Must possess expert-level expertise in Excel, Ms word, and Outlook.• Must be able communicate easily and clearly in English, both written and spoken• Must be able to legally work for any employer in the United States of AmericaQualifications Desired (but not required): Construction and land development background a plus Property Managerial background a plus Some CRM background a plus.Critical functions and Responsibilities (Everyday activities, not rarely occurring): Maintain ongoing relations with sponsors. Identify at-risk projects and propose corrective action to COO, and Investment Committee. Assist in the management of at-risk and distressed assets. Coordinate with escrow and title representatives on real estate closings.
