We are seeking Project Manager for multi-prime construction delivery of K-12 project in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will manage new construction or phased renovation K-12 projects from Schematic Design through Post Construction. Overall Responsibilities: Design Reviews Cost estimating Budget controls Change order reviews Schedule reviews Progress meetings Reporting and assisting the client with contract procurement. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. 5yrs of documented background on K-12 construction projects. Background in general contracting, CM at Risk, and or CM multi-prime is a plus. Documented background on a High-school project also a plus.
