The starting pay and level will depend on background, education, and licensing. McCain Foods offers a stepping structure within our maintenance department, the entry level position of B&R V with a starting pay of $21.20, B&R Level IV $22.80, B&R Level III $24.20, B&R Level II $26.50, and B&R Level I $28.00. The focus of this position is to operate boiler and refrigeration equipment in an industrial setting. Responsible for starting and tending portable or stationary, high-pressure boilers that supply heat and steam powered equipment in an industrial process.-- High-school degree or general education degree (GED) required.
