Job DescriptionFixd is seeking three HVAC Technicians. The perfect candidate will have background in HVAC or schooling in the field. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Conducts in-home HVAC Service and Repairs. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS: Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioned systems and components. Test each system after each service or repair is completed prior to leaving the customer’s home to make sure that the system is working properly and that it was indeed fixd right the 1st time. Explains each service and repair performed to the customer each time a service or repair is completed. Makes sure that the client is 100% satisfied with all work. Perform a proper inspection of the customer’s system to prevent future breakdowns. Perform the right job for each customer so everybody wins! Record the age and type of each system component on every single invoice to ensure that the right Service & Repair Technician is sent to the right job.
