Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY:Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support the production department. Is the primary telephone contact for all customer interactions including answering calls, scheduling and confirming installations, and following up with customers on a variety of issues. Supports the company's management, purpose, mission, and values.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Coordinates all paperwork, data entry, and correspondence regarding all sold job proposals and ensures it is accurate, timely, and completed according to company procedure. Serves as a point of contact for customers, including answering questions, scheduling and confirming installations, providing pre-installation details, assuring quality, solving problems, and so on. Works to ensure our crews have what they need to be successful at their installations, including accurate and timely communication about position overview, coordinating utility locates, preparing any special needs of an installation, and so on.
