Job Description POSITION DESCRIPTION This position is responsible for serving food and drinks to guests; maintaining the highest level of customer service and food and beverage standards as determined by Food and Beverage Management. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Able to operate vacuum cleaner, laundry washer and dryer, chemical dispenser, HMS computer. - Check patrons' identification in order to ensure that they meet min age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. - Able to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints. - one to two years supervisory background. - If serving alcoholic beverages must meet the state’s min age requirement. - Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as the pantry area and the lounge. - Obtain any locally required certifications. - Mix and serve drinks. - Must have good verbal and writing expertise. - Enter transactions into the POS system, accept money and make change.
