MQs: Requires equivalency to a bachelor's degree in computer science, operations engineering, business administration, quantitative or statistical analysis, or related position and 2 years of progressively responsible and complex business and engineering analysis background in a medium to large government or service-industry organization. Preference given for background in project management, software administration, and process analysis and design. Hiring Range: $63,522- $79,403/year - DOQ.
