Grading Superintendent - Asphalt/Contracting Job - (Henderson, CO)

PURPOSE Oversees the daily construction activities of prep crew, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project. Works with contractors to complete project within the given budget and timeframe. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas. Manages Grading Crew to optimize efficiency of preparing job prior to the paving of asphalt. Responsible for reading blueprints to ensure the prepping of jobsite is properly graded. Assist in scheduling construction field operations Responsible for the coordination between the owner representative on projects and the company.
