Responsibilities/Qualifications: - Collaborate with clients and internal teams - Currently transitioning from MailChimp to Sharpspring CRM systems - Strong leadership skills - Oversee a team of about 9, plus any freelancers - Strategic expertise to advise on best practices - Ms office - Stay relevant and savvy on industry and marketing standards - Expertise to work onsite (some travel may be required) - Hospitality background is a plus!
