Sales: Real Estate Sales / Acquisition Sales Representative - Chandler, Arizona - (Chandler, AZ)

We are looking for someone to come and join our hard working company in the real estate industry (we buy houses). If you are a GREAT salesperson you can earn $50,000 with us, and if you are a STAR salesperson, you can earn well over $100,000. You do not need to have real estate sales background or be licensed. What will allow you the chance to get this job will be your enthusiastic resourcefulness and motivation to succeed. Responsibilities: --- Manage leads in our company's database. --- Meet with distressed sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash. --- Build rapport with the seller, overcome objections and get the contract signed. --- Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects. --- Must be motivated to generate outside business (to include cold calling). --- Must be able to close! This includes your own generated leads and team provided, pre-vetted leads.
