If so, then you might be the perfect person to lead 1 of our new cycle classes! Frequency Fitness & Yoga has been around for over twenty years. We started out as 1 of the 1st Bikram Yoga studio's in the world and have grown over the years to include Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, TRX, and HIIT.
