ProfessionalPosition Purpose: Responsible for developing and conducting a variety of training programs and auditing tools. Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for clinical staff Administersinstructional clinical training in a comprehensive and approachable format; makes consistent updates to training materials based on workflow and system changes Prepares and assists in the coordination and organization of training with project managers, management, and subject matter experts to organize and tailor instruction materials and outlines. Conducts presentations to provide end-user training during the roll out of a system, program or policy; advisor and subject matter expert on enterprise training curriculum. Collaborates with various departments within the enterprise; exercises excellent people skills. Identify, select, or develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids
