Job DescriptionJob SummaryA global company is seeking a Senior Linux Administrator with strong automation background for a direct hire role.Responsibilities and DutiesDESCRIPTION:• Infrastructure support of Linux Operating Systems in order to maintain optimum performance and utilization.• Coordinate and document patching of servers following best practices for PCI compliance• Support and maintain Linux systems in a virtualized(VMWare) environment.• Develop project plans for new implementations or upgrades• Develop processes to improve the uptime and monitoring of the Linux server environment using SolarWinds, VCenter and native logs.• Expertise to write scripts in administrative language (Perl, ksh, bash…)• Versed in the use of configuration and automation tools such as Red Hat Cloud Forms, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Docker, etc…• Knowledgeable of SAN environments connected to Linux systems.• Design, implement, test
