Quality Specialist IV - Certification Lead (1st shift) - (Little Rock, AR)

Position title - Quality Specialist IV - Certification Lead Location: North Little Rock, AR Division: Earthmoving JOB PURPOSE: The Certification Lead performs a variety of tasks in support of the Caterpillar Quality Management System (CQMS) at NLR. CQMS specifies processes and procedures that the facility must follow for compliance and this role will serve as the internal audit program lead as well as the document control and deviation module administrator in ETQ. JOB DUTIES: Manage document control of process and product documents in EtQ. Facilitate and support the process to issue and store engineering deviations for traceability of exceptions to engineering drawings and processes. Plan and conduct NLR internal audits to validate process conformance throughout the factory. Follow up on non-conformances and work with factory personnel on corrective actions. Support ongoing efforts to adhere to the CQMS and conduct preparations in support of the annual CQMS audit. Communicate results to management,
