Our Outdoor Test Facility at Stennis Space Centre, New Orleans, Louisiana, is capable of testing Rolls-Royce jet engines: large, small and military, as well as being the only Rolls-Royce testing facility performing special tests such as fan flutter and noise testing. The Facility's current capabilities include 2 outdoor jet engine test stands.
