Knowledge Manager - (Minneapolis, MN)

Job DescriptionFastBridge Learning is seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to join us in our downtown Minneapolis office and help us mature and grow our product documentation, knowledge base, and additional support tools and resources to ensure our customers enjoy a market-leading user background with the Formative Assessment System for Teachers (FAST™). The knowledge manager will have the expertise to identify and work with relevant subject matter experts (SME) within the business who are owners of the pre-written content. Motivate and manage SMEs to ensure commitment to updating content on a pre-agreed cycle or timeline. Confident in dissecting current material for content gaps, recognize gaps in customer needs for knowledge base material and identify frequently asked questions that need to be answered in a knowledge base.
