Registered Nurse, Call Center (Part-time position) POSITION SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE CRITERIA: 1. Serves as a Telephone Triage RN following the Consolidated Call Center for VISN 23 Triage Policies, using Nursing Judgement and the TEDP Protocols, records in the Telephone Record Manager (TRM), using Collaborative Care through CPRS and Message Manager. 2. Facilitates the use of preventative, wellness health promotion activities to enhance preventative overall health status. 3. Functions as a cohesive member of the Call Center team facilitating patient care and treatment through telephone and electronic encounters. 4. Coordinates the transfer of care for patients when requested. 5. Manages documentation and establishes program reporting qualifications.
