Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 is seeking qualified applicants for the following position(s): Math Teacher - Anticipated (.80) Location: Plainfield East High-school Date Available: Immediately Salary: Initial placement shall be made by the Board or the Board designee pursuant to the APT Negotiated Agreement. Hours: Part-time (.8) nine months Description: - Strong Content knowledge in Algebra 1, Algebra two - Prior background working with special needs students on a co-teaching model - Understanding Common Core Mathematics curriculum - Will teach four sections of Math - Expertise to work with diverse student population - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Highly organized and dedicated - Team member - Student Centered - Coaching Opportunities Available Requirements: - General Administrative Certification (type 75) preferred - State of Illinois Professional Educator License registered in Will County - Proper endorsements to teach Math at the high-school level
