Plainfield Community Consolidated School District 202 is seeking applicants who are qualified for the following position(s): TBE Teacher Location: John F. Kennedy Middle School Salary: Initial placement shall be made by the Board or the Board designee pursuant to the APT Negotiated Agreement Hours: Full-time - 9 mnths Monday - Friday Description: - Background working with ELL students/families preferred - Fluent in Spanish - Effective communication and advocacy skills preferred - Expertise to integrate curriculum with Common Core standards - Expertise to instruct multi-lingual students in English and Spanish - Have a solid understanding of 2nd language instruction - Willingness to learn new strategies - Team member - Expertise to work as part of a professional learning community - Expertise to establish professional working relationships with students
