At the iconic Hilton Hawaiian Village, the Training Manager develops, coordinates, implements and measures corporate and hotel-specific team player relations, training programs and initiatives. This is to ensure positive team player morale and performance as well as a well-trained, quality service-oriented staff. What will I be doing? Coordinates and facilitates training programs according to standard . Organizes, coordinates and disseminates info on various functions/activities of the Employee Relations program, including the team player awards program.
