Hrbek's-Townball Bartender- Target Field Our Exciting Workplace environment This position will be located at Target Field, the Minnesota Twins stadium in Minneapolis, MN, home to the MLB American League Minnesota Twins. Sportservice currently has the full service contract for this 40,000+-seat state of the art facility, which includes concessions, premium services, catering and retail. The Opportunity POSITION DETAILS Serves alcoholic beverages to guests responsibly, in accordance with the Company s alcohol policies, Guest Service Standards and applicable Operational Standards. KEY FUNCTIONS: Receives drink orders from patrons or servers. Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine, bottled beer draft beer, mixed drinks, etc.
