Hourly Production Responsibilities Position necessitates individual to cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a production line setting Functional Qualifications Expertise to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in a hot and/or cold assembly line environment Expertise to work with sharp instruments Must maintain good personal hygiene Depts Include Fabrication, Slaughter, Material Handling, Rendering & Hides Maintenance Responsibilities This position ensures all aspects of the maintenance mechanic functions are performed in a safety and acceptable method. Performs preventative maintenance procedures on all equipment that is assigned by the maintenance supervisors/lead hand. Assist other areas of the plant when major problems occur Functional Qualifications Completes all assigned tasks scheduled and unscheduled work as directed by supervisor Assist in the day to day operations of the maintenance department.
