Production Coordinator Summary: The Production Coordinator is the individual within the organization who, through the supervision of the H.I. Administrative Assistant, and the Warehouse Coordinator and involvement with other staff members, bears principal responsibility for the coordination of work flow throughout Hillcroft Industries, and manages customer service issues with outside vendors. Required responsibilities: Interact with existing business customers to continue business opportunities and monitor customer satisfaction.Work with the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Business Operations to coordinate current and ongoing jobs in determining the appropriate facility and set up of jobs.Lead quality program.Maintain all pertinent info on contract work vendors/customers as well as details on time studies, job sheets, purchase orders, shipping specifics and other related correspondence.Coordinate with Shipping and Inventory Clerks, Warehouse Coordinator, and H.I.
