Job DescriptionGeneral Purpose: Oversee the assembly line process according to work instructions and best practices by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assigned. Maintain a high-level of safety and cleanliness in the Assembly area. Ensure that the documentation is correct including quantities and other records including previous operations. Perform visual inspections to identify issues as early in the assembly process as possible. Train assemblers on procedures and visual inspections. Communicate with shift supervisor and/or leads of potential issues that could affect product quality and/or safety including equipment and product issues. Communicate with other leads and assemblers at shift change to exchange relevant info that helps prevent mistakes or expedite assembly processes. Flexible work schedule. Must be present in regular attendance.
