Job DescriptionThe Marketing Manager is responsible for oversight of marketing and sales process and strategies. This position also has significant responsibilities for media, PR and crisis management across the business. Oversee communications and marketing strategies to support various properties within the division. Creates property and company level marketing programs for web sites, ILS’, Craigslist, social media, and print media. Manages the property marketing programs and offerings including demand generation, retargeting, marketing automation, and digital and social media to accelerate success for properties. Works with property teams to create strategies to reach expected occupancy at all properties in the region and/or portfolio. Understands, supports, and ensures compliance with all branding initiatives and requirements. Conducts analysis on performance of tactics and strategies, and recommends the continuation of successful programs or discontinuation of poorly performing programs.
