Position summary SUMMARY: This is a hands-on position with a heavy emphasis on activities that relate to inventory (including fulfillment) and tool management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the following: Handle all aspects of inventory movement of materials and tools, including stocking, re-stocking, and accounting for every item in the warehouse. Compile and maintain records of the quantity, type, and value of the inventory on hand. Participates in monthly and year-end inventory cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation issues. Coordinates inventory qualifications and procurement info with the Division’s General Manager. Track the transportation and distribution of tool and material inventory. Oversees the records of all stocks and compiles evaluation reports. Daily auditing of inventory is also a task for the inventory specialist. Coordinating inventory qualifications and procurement information with vendors and customers.
