Job summary Serve as an instructor, personal trainer and coach. Perform outreach to associates to maximize participation. Monitor the fitness room to ensure members are using the equipment properly and explain the exercises at each circuit. Motivate and educate members to lead healthy lifestyles Greet, Acknowledge and get to know the members Maintain the Fitness Room ensuring the room is clean and organized. Report any incidents directly to your supervisor. Log any issues and communicate in a timely manner Register new associates as members through membership management software. Ensure members are checking in Record/report on membership statistics and activity. Support in the retention of members Take professional initiative to promote personal training
