Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for experienced administrative assistant/legal assistant to work for the firm’s Portland, Maine office. Law firm background desired but not required. The successful applicant will: Have an aptitude to work with a variety of computer software and client systems. Have background with or expertise to learn various file management and junior paralegal functions; willing to train the right applicant in these skills. Be organized with an expertise to prioritize work and meet court and client deadlines on a high volume of files.
