Loan Operations Specialist - (St Charles, IL)

Job DescriptionGeneral Purpose:The Loan Operations Specialist will assist in the daily tasks of the bank’s loan operations department. Main responsibilities will be associated with daily processing, loan booking, and documentation of new and existing loans. The LOS will be required to communicate with appropriate vendors for supporting documentation, prepare loan documentation, and prepare loan for closing and funding. Moderate amount of independent judgment required under min supervision.Job qualifications:Client ServicingAssist customers with loan details including, but not limited to, billing details, documentation qualifications, loan status, and depository account details. Administer, on a daily basis, loan payments and other activities associated with loan accounts. Support the bank’s strong relationship banking culture through quality service and superior product knowledge. Loan BookingWorking with the Bank’s Details System to add, maintain, and adjust commercial and consumer loans.
