Loss Prevention Manager - (Gordonsville, VA)

Job summary Prevent inventory shrinkage and deter criminal activity by implementing training and loss prevention procedures, overseeing inventory levels, and monitoring Lowe's video surveillance systems. Also responsible for investigating and resolving issues related to criminal activity or company policy violations. May need to respond to potentially violent and/or physical altercations and will therefore need the expertise to make quick, effective decisions and maintain an appropriate level of composure. Conducts safety checks, controls and ensures adherence to safety regulations, and identifies opportunities for improvement or gaps in training to increase the success of loss prevention programs within assigned store. Position requirements Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week. Min Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent and 1 yrs relevant work background (e.g., retail or loss prevention) OR Associate's Degree or higher.
