Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY The Senior Payroll Analyst performs responsibilities to ensure that payroll is accurately and timely processed in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations and in adherence to Company policies and procedures. Also responsible for day-to-day payroll operations, including yet not limited to payroll tax filing requirements, reconciliations and responding to 3rd-party agencies. Completely independent. Serves as technical lead for design and delivery for small-to-medium, cross-regional and/or cross-continent projects and may assist with training junior level staff and/or assigning day-to-day responsibilities. Relied upon to share continuous improvement ideas.JOB DUTIES Perform and assist with overseeing payroll processing and tax filing tasks. Accuracy, following standard procedures, and meeting deadlines are critical. Develop, maintain, and implement payroll- and tax-related procedures. Audit data inputs for accuracy and make necessary corrections.
