Job DescriptionPosition Description:SPACECO, Inc. Rosemont, IL is seeking a Survey CAD Technician with five years of background to join our Survey Department. This position works within a team environment of surveyors, engineers and other technicians.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor Work effectively, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment Perform work in an accurate and timely manner Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects Key Requirements: five years of progressive survey work background Current understanding of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats Microstation/GEOPAK background desired, but willing to train motivated individuals Prior Field background desired but not required Self-starting
