They engage our clients' existing & potential customers via telephone and conduct a variety of customer background surveys and engagement calls. We are looking for friendly people with pleasant phone voices and responsible attitudes who type well and communicate comfortably and professionally over the phone. Employees will conduct brief telephone customer surveys with our clients' customers. Qualifications:* work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time organizational skills* own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or eight and have high-speed internet access* prior phone background preferred* Bi-lingual skills also a plus but not required
