Human Resources Supervisor - (Moreno Valley, CA)

Our DC Human Resources Supervisors play a critical role in our company's success by being true business partners with our distribution center's management team. This individual will maintain an in-depth understanding of business objectives, programs, and challenges. They will also provide consultation and communication to management on team player relations, talent acquisitions and other HR functions in support of the business. This position will focus on hiring and retaining top talent as we continue to get the right parts to the right places at the right time. Requirements: Background in handling negotiations and collective bargaining environments Bi-lingual not required, but preferred Excellent knowledge of Human Resources Management principles, practices and procedures Working understanding of employment laws and regulations including EEO, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, etc.
