Maintenance - Air Conditioning Job - (Tampa, FL)

Maintains, monitors, repairs and conducts routine preventive maintenance for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems and equipment. Conducts all scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance including replacing mechanical seals, re-packing pumps and valves, replacing bearings and belts, checking for proper alignment, repairing fan coil units, brazing and soldering, calibrating controls, working on pressure vessels, replacing piping and fittings. Monitors, maintains and responds to guest calls regarding room, public space and heart-of-the-house temperatures. Maintains accurate records and documentation of maintenance and repairs.
