Job DescriptionCIS Management, Inc. - Award Winning Property Management Company is presently recruiting to fill a Full time Live-On Maintenance Technician in Glassboro, NJ, Gloucester County.Are you a customer service focused Maintenance Technician. If so, CIS Management would like to speak to you. We are looking for a multi-tasker who is self-motivated and organized to perform daily work orders. Some of the duties would include:RESPONSIBILITIES: Performing plumbing, electrical, appliance, and mechanical maintenance for a multifamily community. Fulfill work orders in maintaining the exterior and all common areas of the property. (Lighting, walkways, fitness centers, storage units, parking, landscape & irrigation, etc. Preparing units for move-in, including but not limited to, punch-out, painting, cleaning, and any other necessary work. Must be willing to live On-Site 100% of the time to address after hours calls. Compensation includes an hourly rate and a two bedroom. apt.
