This position will be working with the transferring of phones/circuits of old agents to ensure that any old number have been either transferred or turned off. This position will be working with the billing to ensure that all correct numbers are being billed for. Will be working directly with the carriers to acquire this details as needed. Will be working with spreadsheets, billing, vendor relationships, and expense. Background with Telecom Billing or as a Level one or Level two Support for Telecom. Previous background with AT&T and/or Verizon highly desired. Applicant must be eligible to work in the united states without requiring sponsorship.Skills: Familiarity with telecommunications landscape including circuit inventory, billing, and carrier procedures. Background with Verizon UCCaas or AT&T Broadsoft technologies.
