Reputable and well established law firm seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their expanding firm. Attorney must be Maryland barred and have a min of 3 (3) years of transactional real estate background. The perfect applicant will have background in drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate documents. Will work on drafting and negotiating commercial and residential leases, real property sale contracts, mortgages and reviewing and drafting various other real estate documents and contracts. Must have strong attention to detail and excellent written correspondence skills. There is bonus and internal growth potential within the firm.
