Paralegals - Estate/Trust & Family LawThe applicant should have 3+ years background. Background in the preparation of fiduciary accountings is preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and technical skills. Will assist with all aspects of estate planning and estate and trust administration, preparation of federal and state tax returns, probate court filings, and estate planning documents. Will assist in all aspects of the family law practice with significant client contact.
