Digital Marketing Associate Overview iCIMS is looking to add a Paid Media Associate I to the Search and Paid Media team! As a Paid Media Associate, you will refine and execute strategies geared toward producing lead generation programs to achieve various monthly segment goals. A typical day-to-day will include the deployment and monitoring of several account based marketing initiatives, vendor management and reporting on daily metrics. If you're organized, competitive, and a great team-player, we'd love to bring you aboard! Responsibilities Researches account-based marketing tactics to implement across marketing campaigns. Identifies key accounts and decision makers in market for iCIMS products using predictive analytics software. Develops product-specific retargeting promotions to keep Brand top of mind for targeted accounts. Works with advertisers and vendors to ensure that promotions are going out in a timely manner and are driving return on investment.
