This and other physician jobs brought to you by DocCafe.com Family Medicine Physician or Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) needed from urgent care center in Greater Portland: All sites are open weekdays from 8a-8p and weekends 9a-5p. 365 days per year Schedule is rotated every two weeks, 3, 12-hour shifts (week1) followed by 2, 12-hour shifts and 2, 8-hour weekend shifts (week 2). (Full-time is 38 hours per week, averages 14-16 shifts per month) Patients: 3% under age of 1, 15% 1-17, 65% adults, 15-20% over 65 Fully staffed single coverage is 2 MD, NP which anchor the sites and an MA and Rad Tech. Everyone is crossed trained to register, room and do tests. Double coverage starts at 36 patient visits per day (12-hours).
